I keep snapping my till slips but they get rejected. It's either they're not visible or I snapped multiple times. I don't know what to do anymore cos when you view those slips, you can zoom in, get a close look n approve. Also, I am allowed to snap the till slip multiple times if it's long, but for some reason, i got flagged, ON ALL OF THEM!!!! This is the first time I got such an issue. Please change management or something.

The app was good. Offers take long to load. Tried to reinstall but still the same issue. I always have excellent wifi connection. Also the deals are not so good anymore. There should be more deals on everyday groceries. Some items are so random and not applicable to most households. Definitely a waste of my time.

I have been waiting for a pay out since January , I have send emails and still nothing. They keep promising to pay out, but I'm still waiting,I never had this problem before till last year and it's been going downhill since. I won't even give them half an star rating at this point, very disappointing. They keep making excuses bout upgrades,what's the use of upgrades when there are more problems then b4 the upgrades. I'm seriously sick of the excuses. ZERO STARS ⭐ from me
