This has not been a good investment for my business. I have spent over $100 on credits with no jobs to show for it. Similar platforms like this issue me credits back when I am not able to give a price to the client. Bark does not do that, which is not fair. The whole point of me purchasing credits is to contact the client and when I can't do that, I don't get my credits back. This has been a waste of time and I suggest you avoid this nonsense and save your money. Uninstalling this waste of time.

Really enjoy the service that Bark provides, 95% of my contracts are found through them. I'm only rating 3 stars, as I wish there was an easier way to delete contracts. Currently you can archive them 1 at a time. But it is a very long process, and clogs the response feed. Also, if there could be a way to notify support in the event that after purchasing a lead the client either ignores your requests or states they are not looking.

Every single lead I've purchased to date has had zero response. No answer to phone calls, emails, text messages, or any other means of contact. Either the leads are of very poor quality or they're selling you leads that have already been spoken for. Either way, it's no good. I don't think I'll be renewing our credits once we use them up. There's also no way that I know of to request a credit if the leads are invalid. Money down the drain
