Ipay app works nicely, but if you ever required any customer support, trust me you will never get any!! the customer support number is never reachable, at least it does not say what's going on. Simply asks you to select the language forever. Also the emails will never get any response. I have tried to reach them over the phone/emails n number of times for 3 months for a simple query, yet no response.

The app works fine for sending money, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help. I faced a transaction issue and provided all the necessary proof — but received no response from support, not even an acknowledgment. When you trust an app with your money, responsiveness and accountability are essential. Sadly, iPay failed to provide both. This experience seriously affects how much I can trust this app for future payments.

Tried logging into the app after a long time. When I try to reset my password, the OTP is sent without a problem, and I'm able to reset my password without a problem, but when I try to log in, the OTP never comes. The best part is, after trying to get the OTP, after the 3rd time, the OTP is blocked until we contact the financial institute. Blocking something that never came is a greate solution, I'd say. Useless. Thanks
