Dont use this app. My mother in hospital. She want to get some medicine. So i transferred 20000 to her. But payment not success. Its my last 20000. I had pay same account already but this time payment pending more than 1Hour. They not return my money. Dont use this app. 100% not trusted

The app is excellent for digital transformation, and I've used it for many years. Unfortunately, a hacker accessed my iPay account and conducted unauthorized transactions by depositing money from various user accounts into mine and withdrawing it to others. I still don't know how this was done. I reported the incident and requested clarification through the hotline, but I received no response from the iPay team. Therefore, I have decided to stop using the app.

When we transferred money to another bank account, my reference was not going to that bank. Instead, it was going to 'ipay' and showing up nicely in the ipay app. In Sri Lanka, all app references are going to a third-party slip. You need to correct this as a matter of priority.
