Been using this app for a while. And recently I found 2 problems after changing phone from realme 6i to OPPO F5. When I open this app, it asks me to turn off Wireless Debugging even though I didn't turn on Developer Option or something similar. Moreover, I can't log in to other phone because of the SIM card, my other phone does not support the SIM card which I use to register to LOLC. I hope developer team will see this.

I don't usually give a review on apps, but I've gotta say, compared to other banks' apps in Cambodia, this is by far the worst as far as UX goes. Nothing is changed in the past few years except the branding from iPay to LOLC mobile. Also, the app kept crashing in the latest release. Suggestion: learn from others and keep up.

Dear IT team, Please kindly check your application again and try develop it better. As my experience, I had used this app around 2 years but the system still trouble, like difficult to login it waiting for a long time. So, it cause that make me decide to transfer money to saving or using any other bank. Best regards, Luch
