I am constantly ordering on jane. I also buy majority of my Christmas gifts on jane as well. But for the past month every time I try and open the app, it tells me my session has expired, to log in again, but it doesn't let me and just keeps flashing. Tried uninstalling the app and installing again, didn't fix the issue. Now I can't use the app at all.

I really like this app, the goods are very nice and are decently priced. Recently, lots of the stores on the site have gone to free shipping, which is competitive and great for me too. One issue is, the items are unique so be prepared to buy asap or chances are they'll be gone, especially sizes M-L, but I check back all the time. Also very cute earrings, necklaces, fun items..

In general, love the app and everything on it. The only problem (and I think they changed this recently) is that you have to pay for your own return labels if the item is not wrong or defective, which doesn't really make sense for an online shopping service. Kinda stinks that you have to pay to send back products that look different on you than they do on the model.
