Jadens Printer is one of the best little thermal printers out there. It comes packaged so well and has clear instructions ok on how to use the device. set-up is a breeze and easy to use. Comes with a charger, thermal Printer, extra thermal paper and sticky paper as well. I also ordered the colored sticky paper as well for stickers for my daughters locker/my work locker and also to make my book journal-book covers to rate.

Love the printer, but I hate the app. constantly disconnects from the printer. They also either changed how the app opens or where the label opens, and now it takes more steps to get the label printed. And sometimes it prints out an old label instead of a new one, and I didn't notice until I had 3 of my packages end up and the wrong person! I'll have to triple check the labels now since this has cost me money to get the issue fixed!

completely useless. trying to add text in to the label I need to print and nothing happens after I type it in and hit ok. the other is fine but the app is so horrible it makes the printer a complete waste of money. ongoing problems. the chrome center disappears after trying to type singing so I can't change anything. and of course support is closed whenever I need to contact them because i work on the labels after work hours
