I use this for an adult family member who wanders, but who also takes a bus to a day program. It was always difficult to guess when the bus was going to arrive, so I bought this. It is very handy for having a general knowledge that someone was picked up from a place and arrived at the next place. That is helpful. The most challenging is the update delay. Sometimes I'm not notified that someone has left until 5 minutes or so. The map is also delayed from actual location.

Started with some charging issues for one tag about 6+ months ago. I looked into the issue and found numerous complaints about how their Jiobits stopped updating/apps were crashing often. I became concerned but, I had not experienced any of these things... until about a month ago. Since then, it's only gotten worse. The app is constantly crashing on my phone and as of today, my other Jiobit is no longer updating. I've heard rumors they're going out of business but, they're still taking my money.

Jiobit was good until it wasn't. Jiobit has been going downhill fast! Recently jiobit has stopped tracking, Jiobit thinks it's at home even when it's not. Hard reset did nothing. No updates are being received on the app. customer service is not consistent. They keep giving me same troubleshooting instructions over and over. Just give me a new unit and I'll send this one back and you can play with it all you want!! Meanwhile I can not track my elementary age child.... Update. Happened again.
