About this app

Mix multiple Solfeggio frequencies together during your meditation practice.

Frequency Studio is a free tool for working with Solfeggio tones generated by high-definition recordings of Tibetan singing bowls for meditation and relaxation. Unlike other apps that play one frequency at a time, this lets you layer and blend up to 10 frequencies simultaneously—Try different combinations of solfeggio tones when meditating for mindfulness and stress relief.

What's included (all free):

Each of the 10 traditional Solfeggio frequencies, recorded from actual crystal singing bowls:

• 174 Hz - Foundation & Security
• 285 Hz - Cellular Healing
• 396 Hz - Fear & Guilt Release
• 417 Hz - Change & Transformation
• 432 Hz - ESP & Telepathy Enhancement
• 528 Hz - "Miracle" DNA Repair
• 639 Hz - Relationship Harmony
• 741 Hz - Spiritual Awakening
• 852 Hz - Divine Wisdom
• 963 Hz - Higher Consciousness

How it works:

Adjust the volume of each frequency independently to create your own combinations. Save up to 4 custom presets for different intentions or times of day. The interface is straightforward—if you've used a basic audio mixer, you'll know what to do.

Privacy & access:

No account required. No data collected. Works completely offline. No ads, no subscriptions, no locked features. Install it and use it however serves your practice.

Good for:

People who already work with meditative frequency healing and want more control over their sessions. Sound healing practitioners who need a reliable tool for client work. Anyone exploring how different frequency combinations affect their meditation.

The recordings are 5-minute seamless loops from Tibetan singing bowls, not synthesized tones. Works with headphones or earbuds for true binaural effect.
