Overall, I get great pieces from them. Once in a while I get a stone that isn't the color it was shown to be on the app and most recently I won a bracelet I've wanted for a long while in an auction, then was told due to an inventory discrepancy I didn't get it, the next day one was back up for auction.. I'm not happy about that, but I do still use the app all the time

I love this company and app. However, I have one issue with it, sometimes it freezes or doesn't go back a page, then I have to close the whole app, find what I was looking at, and then continue browsing. It happens a little too often to be bearable. That's my one and only complaint. if that were fixed, I think the app would be perfectly usable and stable. (I still love to shop on here even with the struggles, though)

I really enjoy this app as well as the honest reviews. Very easy to order and my jewelry usually comes very quick. Only a couple of things that I wish were better. Trying to find things that show up on other news feeds are out of stock, and trying to find jewelry again using the order number. Customer service is very good. Wish it didn't cost so much to return a piece i was unhappy with. Every chain I've bought in sterling silver still looks great after three years of use. Thanks!
