App will not properly deposit checks. Despite following the directions and the picture being very clear, it says the amount I entered differed from the detected amount. Customer support was not able to provide any useful resolution other than "deposit it in person".

I use the app all the time and loved it until yesterday. The app will not open. I uninstalled twice it works for one log in then completely stops. I called jfcu and they could not help so I don't know what to do. Even sprint could not help

Check accounts and making deposits is a very nice feature. Just need biometric (fingerprint,iris) or 4 digit pin to log in to surpass remembering a password evertime to get 5 stars. Most banking apps already have this feature. Updates are great thanks.
