Set up is not user friendly. Will not find the Mac and sn codes when straight scanned. Not a qr code to be found. App is useless without the router info it won't take. Update: So the app will not work unless you have a router from JW flash fiber. Made 3 stars because the app is useless to me but might be ok. I just don't know.

This app lets me sign in but it tells me the router is listed to another account. Well after talking with Flash fiber they helped me get this straightened out. Turns out I apparently had a brain fart and had actually registered this in my wife's name 😆. Thanks flash fiber for all your help.

Does not work, it just cycles through 3 info / tutorial images. Unlike description, you can neither manage your internet, nor pay bills. This is not an app, it is an advertising gimmick.
