Karen Zárate is a certified Mexican trainer who has been trained and certified in different institutions: Australian College of Sports and Fitness, Clean Health Institute, Barca Innovation Hub, BC Academy, Human Performance Center and Lifters League.
Thanks to his unique way of teaching and preparing exercise beginners into trained students, he has managed to form a community of people who want to look and feel #BetterThanYesterday.
With the aim of improving the quality of her service as a coach, Karen and her development team have worked for several months to create a training tool that is simple, effective and easy to understand and learn, and this is how it was born: Progreza.
Routines/ Training
Choose your favorite program, for gym or home, at the level that best suits your training experience: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Pro and soon Super Pro, and according to your goal.
These programs will always be available, you do not need to wait for quotas to open to acquire it. Each program is based on scientific evidence and designed by Karen.
Karen Zárate's Personalized Plans will also be available, with limited quotas and spaces on a monthly basis.
Progressive overload
"What is not measured can not be improved". That's why Progreza has a system so you can record ALL the weights you use when training (in LB or KG). This can be consulted at any time, and thus you can keep a complete record of your progress.
HEAD
A unique tool to keep track of the 4 fundamental pillars to see progress: Hydration, Training, Food and Rest.
A calendar that is completed with different colors (Red, Yellow and Green), which will offer you a more visual way of what "you need to improve" to meet your goals.
Exercise Library
Extensive library so you can learn the correct technique for each exercise, whether in your plan or program. There are more than 500 exercises, described step by step, as well as a demonstration video. This library will be one of the most powerful sources of this mobile app, and will be constantly updated for all students.

A section where you can upload photos (which only you can review) to compare your physical progress, as well as a section that will keep a record of all the weights used in each of your programs or plans throughout your use of Progreza .
