Versions since at least 2025-05-28 are no longer saving or exporting ride data properly. What's worse is if you have an M3i Studio bike, their newer models, the app hasn't been updated to account for the 3x more gears they have, leaving you to guess at the gears you need for your interval power targets (roughly 3x the recommended gears for anyone else in the same boat). For such expensive equipment the software is awful.

I've only trained with the app one time, but the experience was shaky. For example, the app disconnected from my bike at least 5 times in 45 minutes. After disconnection, there was a button to reconnect which I had to manually press. It always reconnected, so I had to wonder why it didn't reconnect without me pressing a button. I'm not sure how much mileage I lost during the disconnected times. Also, there's a field for heart rate on the display. I was wearing a Garmin heart rate chest strap

I've had the bike for a while, but just started using the app. It is terrible. I would say 2 out of every 3 rides it reduces my mileage and time that I actually rode. Like some other reviews have stated, at first, the data will be correct, but then it switches & lessens my time, distance, calories burned and all the data. If I can't use the app to reliably record my workouts, then there is no sense in using it! Time to just get a sensor of some kind and use my Garmin watch to record my rides.😡
