I have been using the Kotak811 mobile banking app for few months ago, and it has significantly improved my banking experience. It's a breeze to check balance and fixed deposit details. The UPI transfer features is quick and easy. making UPI payment and money transfer a seamless experience. The scan QR feature simplifies payments, and the ability to check statements on the go is very convenient. It easy to navigate for all users of all ages. This interface is straightforward. Highly recommended!

The interface is very good but upi id should have remained @kotak only. and the app is not opening quickly. All these features like bill & recharges, loan & card offers should also be available in it. Because no one wants to use two applications, everything should be in one application only. I hope that all these features will be available soon.

I switched to the new app. It was seamless and didn't face any issues as described in other reviews. The app looks great with some cool features like the display of type of transfer icon with each transaction. This makes it easy to recognise the transaction at first look. Still have to explore the app more. But it really won the first impression!
