The app allows customers to manage their bank accounts—make payments, money transfers, check balance, change card PINs, and perform various other tasks.

New customers are required to visit their nearest branch to open their bank accounts. Once enrolled, you can use the application to access the services.

Key Features:

• Manage financial transactions, send and receive money with UPI.
• Pay bills, recharge mobile and DTH services & set up AutoPay for repeat payments.
• Update profile details, request statements and manage cards on-the-go.
• Invest & redeem mutual funds while you keep track of your investments.
• Apply for a credit card, keep track of your spending, and pay bills.
• Manage card settings including PIN regeneration and temporary blocking.
• Payday loans are available for eligible users directly through the app.

Getting Started: To start using the app, you need your Customer Relationship Number (CRN) and either a card PIN or your net banking password. The app will guide you through a one-time setup process.

Ratings and reviews

I really appreciate the app. I really do. But there are bugs. One big bug is I get notifications to increase my credit card limit, but when I try to apply all I see is Java exceptions for session expiry. And when I go to check again it says I have already applied but it isn't and promps the increase limit notification again after a few days. It's frustrating.

Well if you really want customers to sign up then provide an actual debit card not a virtual one. Update: So I had to reinstall this old app just to check an unbilled transaction on my Dream Different Credit Card. But thankfully I was able to check that unbilled transaction on this unlike on the 811 App so will increase to 3 stars and update 811 to just 1 star. Also I have recently applied for and received a physical debit card so earlier review is redundant. Now I have 2 apps for same bank.

the worst app ever since many years. none of the pages load on time. The screens and info don't render for good 10 mins. it's so frustrating, even after so many updates , it works bad.
