The app allows customers to manage their bank accounts—make payments, money transfers, check balance, change card PINs, and perform various other tasks.

New customers are required to visit their nearest branch to open their bank accounts. Once enrolled, you can use the application to access the services.

Key Features:

• Manage financial transactions, send and receive money with UPI.
• Pay bills, recharge mobile and DTH services & set up AutoPay for repeat payments.
• Update profile details, request statements and manage cards on-the-go.
• Invest & redeem mutual funds while you keep track of your investments.
• Apply for a credit card, keep track of your spending, and pay bills.
• Manage card settings including PIN regeneration and temporary blocking.
• Payday loans are available for eligible users directly through the app.

Getting Started: To start using the app, you need your Customer Relationship Number (CRN) and either a card PIN or your net banking password. The app will guide you through a one-time setup process.

I really appreciate the app. I really do. But there are bugs. One big bug is I get notifications to increase my credit card limit, but when I try to apply all I see is Java exceptions for session expiry. And when I go to check again it says I have already applied but it isn't and promps the increase limit notification again after a few days. It's frustrating.

Don't open account. A lot of hidden charges. Today I opened my account and they debited 305/- from my account for debit card that I already said no. They forcefully give you debit card and than automatically deducted that amount without telling you. If they had told me this while opening the account I would have said no bach then. And mine is no 811 zero balance account. I got Account in HDFC & Yes Bank both gave debit card and credit card for free. Also cheque book is of only 10 leave per year.

useless bank. they don't have any proper way to activate or deactivate credit card. Automatically they block the credit card and no where there is option to reactivate. when asked for cancellation of card, customer care is saying to use reward point and get back to them. bloody morons if card is blocked and not visible how it's possible to use reward points. utter nonsense and stupid bank
