This mobile application is for accessing KRA services. Taxpayers can use it for getting KRA PIN, file TOT, file MRI, file Nil returns, Apply for TCC, check PIN, TCC and other eslips.

the app is not user friendly you cannot even change the email or phone number . the nearest station is in nairobi which is far from some people kindly make some change

Good app for filing returns but needs some improvements, Customer support option can be very ideal to solve user issues Or an option to change user details for example an email, I accidentally registered with the wrong email and I can't do anything because it keeps saying wrong details when I try to log in because I can't change the email Fix on that

Worst app ever. I have been trying to login but it keeps saying my details are invalid. When I try changing my password it says the details of my phone number and my email do not match. When I use the same pin and password on the web I am able to access the portal. I only gave the one star because it is the only way to post the review otherwise it is not even worth a single star
