It is the most unintuitive app I have used in a long time. Seems more concerned with background photos than letting me set it up. This is not social media! Who cares! All I want is to see my device's temperature, etc. from my phone. This is too much to ask of it! I need to return the physical device if the virtual app does not work. False advertising as it is clear that a large percentage of users have serious trouble with it! My bad for not reading the NUMEROUS bad reviews on Google Play!

No longer connects over wifi. Multiple factory reset and following troubleshooting steps, but nothing works. Assuming it has been made obsolete to force buying new units or paying for Premium service. 8/25/25 update: moved and dragged this pos with me for some reason... still doesn't connect over wifi. No changes from whatever 'bug fixes' have been. Devs, grab a clue and fix your biggest issue.

After buying a smart thermostat for our home, I tried again to make the station attach to my wifi, hoping to cut energy costs while traveling. After 45 minutes of finagling, with the help of Chelsea, the La Crosse service tech, it finally read my wifi. Works like a charm. Thank you so much. To all the others who had the same problem I had, give the service tech number a call.
