A few suggestions to look over; (1). New Device verification via Debit Card should also have the option to verify by Internet Banking Login post SMS verification. (2). The option to generate a virtual debit card should be there just like in SBI Yono app to use online. Nowadays, all people don't want a physical debit card as people often have SB accounts with many banks.

Hellish app..so irritating... looks are beautiful, but looks are deceptive ... everytime hangs, the logo keeps on dancing,but nothing happens...we have to wait for so long...we keep on closing the app,then opening it again, closing again, opening again, closing again, opening again ...huhhhhh..we get fed up and finally let the app closed and let it take some rest, and prepare ourselves for the same procedure next time again.ALL THIS HAPPENS INSPITE OF THE REGULAR UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE SHUTDOWN

The worst app I have seen. Unworthy user interface. Can't even raise an issue regarding a payment. Even trying calling customer service, even that was not helpful. Now you might ask me to contact on mail, and I know even that won't help. I have already gone through this.
