This is not user-friendly app. Med-line OTC ordering does not recognize my log-in info. I placed an order on OTC ordering guide; unfortunately 3 out of 16 items were authorized by. So I ended up talking with a rep to place my order.The order was only half of my quarterly benefits. So I went to Walmart today to order some OTC supplies. At the check out only 15% of the items were authorized. It was embarrassing to cancel the entire items twice. It should not be this difficult to place simple order

Both the app and the browser website are impossible to log into because the software does not recognize your credentials. I was able to log in once and then it didn't recognize me again for the many times that I have tried since May. Customer service could not help.

This app doesn't go beyond answering 2 of 3 security questions. It asked for my oldest niece's name and my oldest sibling's name and I answered them. Both incorrect. So, I went into the website and reset all 3 and tried to login to the app again and answered 2 of the new 3. Incorrect. I went back into the website and just answered the first 3 suggested security questions with "bob" (all lowercase without the quotation marks). Back into the app and bob doesn't work. This app is worthless.
