Great content and information, app can be glitchy, though. I've learned a lot of helpful tips and tricks for managing my weight. In terms of the app's functionality, it needs some work. For instance, right now, I can't even get the app to open. Sometimes, the app will log me out for no reason. Other times, it won't track that I completed a meal timer when I have.

I liked it in the beginning. It was manageable, I felt like I was making progress but around week 13 I missed some videos and got behind and the amount of videos became unmanageable and I eventually quit trying to catch up. They should really limit the videos to 2-3 max per week. One of the big reasons us people with weight issues struggle to control it is because of the overwhelming amount of things to manage during the weight loss process. This started slow but quickly became too much.

I've been having great success. But it forced me to take a movement survey in order to watch videos, but i can't answer #6. There are no choice options. I updated the app, now it just immediately crashes. I tried support but it's just a robot. Thanks! Edit: I deleted and reinstalled the app and I can watch the videos now. Android Motorola stylus
