Three issues: 1. I only have one preferred location , but the app requires me to select two, I can't do anything unless I pick two. 2. As for who I want to see, there is no option to exclude current or former employers, I can only select recruiters only or (literally) anybody. 3. When I click on a link for a job listed in my email, it doesn't take me to the job. No, it takes me either to conversations or it makes me have to log in again, and then, it takes me to conversations

I have been facing a lot of issues lately on the Mobile App. Especially where the drop downs are not working on the app while selecting the required sections on Easy Apply. Also the games are getting struck at random times which messes up with total score time. To be honest, the app has become too much of a crowded space where important info for jobs is getting dragged to the ends. Please do address this issue. I'm sincerely looking out for job opportunities in data science, please consider 🙏

After my phone decided to die on me, I had to get a new phone. I updated the app but the notifications on the two step verification were still seeing my previous device as "active". I contacted customer service to fix the issue so I can sign in under my profile and even explained to them from two separate emails both primary and secondary tied to my business and got absolutely no where. If I could contact their technical support on the issue and actually have it resolved. That would be great!
