Ratings and reviews

Horrible. App freezes randomly.. Stops me from scrolling to the next segment, and makes me change my password every login. It never marks any of my workshops as completed, essentially forcing me to redo an entire segment several times before it actually marks it as complete. No amount of cache clearing uninstall/reinstall solves any of my issues. Such an abysmal app.

The app keeps kicking me out when I try to click on to the next tab. Also, it's frustrating that there is no rewind option to back up a few seconds if you want to listen to something again or missed a word. You have to listen to the slide from the very beginning, which is a time waster!

I rate it five star because it's helps us to grow to understand on how to go about handling our customers with a good approach..
