Out of nowhere, all of my calls are gone! I just opened the app today to look for a recording and all of my calls are gone except for the ones I made today. It's also no longer syncing to my contacts. Now when I open it it's making me pick a language every single time so something is clearly wrong with it. I have used this app for years but it is so unreliable now that I can't use it anymore. What's the point of a call recording app that deletes your recordings?

The app did an update and deleted two years of previous phone calls from family members who have since passed away.... no warning that it would delete the only thing this app is made for recording calls! I am appalled that they would delete my recordings!! I have tried to contact this company several times to see if there's anything that can be done but they have not gotten back to me! please beware this app may delete your call recordings!! they shouldn't be allowed to have an app!!

Just noticed all call recordings more than a week ago had vanished. The remaining ones come up as unknown numbers. This seems to have occurred after an update. It was ok before, but after this experience I think I need to look for some other app. I hope support will respond with a fix. NB: NO RESPONSE received FROM SUPPORT. I am now using Cube ACR which is working very reliably without the hassles introduced by the update.
