[Introduction]

The LaserBurn app is designed specifically for LONGER laser engraving machines. With this app, you can connect and control your LONGER laser engraver, import or create designs, set engraving parameters, preview the engraving before starting, monitor progress in real-time, view engraving history, and even use offline engraving.

[Wi-Fi Setup]

- Display network information, scan for available Wi-Fi networks automatically, or assign a network manually.

[Creation]

- Offers drawing tools for graffiti (lines and simple shapes), text, QR code creation, album import and editing, photo capture, a material library, and layer management.

[Preparation]

- Set the design's position and size, and preview the engraving pattern.
- Use border patrol to outline and adjust the engraving area.
- Configure engraving parameters (laser power, speed, precision, repetitions, etc.).

[Control]

- Displays the machine's current position, and allows you to set the zero point, zero the software/hardware, move the axis, and adjust the laser focus.

[Work]

- Shows engraving details, including machine status, time, repetitions, and coordinates.
- Adjust parameters such as laser power magnification, feed speed, and air assist.
- Provides pause, resume, and end engraving options.

[File]

- View a list of G-code files stored on the machine, including capacity, file size, and more.
- Select files for preview and engraving.

[History]

- Displays engraving history, including file names, times, and repetitions.
- Reuse history files for repeat engraving.

[Materials]

- Access built-in or custom patterns for easy reuse.

this absolute garbage. it was halfway tolerable before even though it had plenty of issues. ever since it updated it's nothing but garbage. can't save files, it makes you delete files after you get over 350mb of used space on any size SD card. it literally won't start any work until you do. it doesn't save a single thing in the history anymore. constantly loses connection with the laser. constantly freezes up when you go to start your work. now when you go to reload your latest project 100% off.

Idk what these other reviews are talking about... lol, it works great for me. Takes a little figuring out. Have to put the SD card in the LONGER laser machine before trying to send a program, or it won't work. Only works with LONGER lasers. Really simple app. I'm pleased so far. Getting the laser and the app connected was pretty confusing, so I have to give 4 stars. Turn the laser off wifi mode and connect to the laser via the laser WIFI Hotspot. Do not connect laser to your wifi.

Fantastic app. Apparently, people can not read the manufacturer manual 🙄. Connect the device to wifi 1st. Then, download the app . Connect "manually" for 1st time setup. Save auto connect, and boom 💥 👌 works perfectly every time. If it messes up connection wise . Turn off the devices, restart the phone or app, and try again. Works for me. I usually have to turn on/off my longer ray 5 10w . Please get some more updates for people who actually understand how to use your software 🙏 thanks
