You can't use some of the most basic format, you can't remove the grid, there's watermarks when you download the diagrams, almost everything down to the most basic stuff are behind a paywall.

No refund, even if purchased by mistake. (Update) They recommend (as shown in their reply) using Google to get the refund, but I followed a link for another thing and ended up with this software that I have no use for. It so far appears that the company is a rather large Scam with a completely unfair refund policy because they know it's only purchased by mistake... ?refund was requested within the day of incidental purchase) Be Warned! And have a great day.
