About this game

Someone on the Internet once told us that making stick figure comics is easy as hell, and that we were ugly and stupid.

They were right on all counts. So, after crying for a few hours, we created the Random Comic Generator which since its inception in 2014 has entertained millions with its computer-generated comedy.

After a few weeks of playing with the Random Comic Generator, we started to wonder if its hundreds of random panels might lend themselves to a card game, where you compete against your friends to finish a comic with a funny punchline. So we printed out all of the RCG panels and started playing with them."

Draw 7 cards. The deck plays the first card, select a Judge to play the second, then everyone selects a third card to create a three panel comic strip. The Judge picks a winner!

I love the RL card game and this is a fun way to play it casually. a very good way to implement this into an online multiplayer game. the issue is that it still feels unfinished in some ways. Frequent glitches and stuff like not being able to unselect the default deck. i would love to only use other decks with the caveat that you must have enough cards to unselect the default deck. And the other issue is... why a battle pass? very weird monetization choices but they're not really intrusive.

Pretty fun, but also rather barebones. The game would benefit from larger group sizes, even if it lengthens the time per round. I usually get stuck with the same cards to use, no matter how large my deck is. It's strange. Still, I've had some good laughs, and for what it is, it's great.

I like it. It is fun to play when you're bored and have a few minutes to spare. I would suggest adding some more noise to the matches because I'll look away for a moment while waiting on people to pick their cards, and I'll miss when they do. edit: still a great game, but the biased Duos in normal matches are really ruining my fun as of late. They que together and just pick each others cards. Happens way too often now.
