deleted and re downloaded the app because of a glitch that caused the screen to be blank whenever I tried to log in. Now that I've redownloaded the app, they are asking for a recovery phrase to access my wallet. unfortunately I don't remember my recovery phrase but for some reason this is the only way to access my account. I've emailed support several times in the past week looking for an alternate way of logging in but have gotten no response. very disappointing as now I can't access MY money

After the latest update it won't load. I did reach out and they want me to delete all the data, contacts and messages from my phone to get it working (that's not going to happen)

It was a very good app but it suddenly freezed while launching and there is no fix for it yet. I uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing happened.
