Ratings and reviews

Really bad customer service, I got a defective product, a table whose legs just wouldn't get attached to the top. Customer service was so arrogant and said it was handling issue and not a defect. They didn't even see what issue it was, directly assumed. Was a regular customer, but now after this, will never be ordering again.

Thankfully they have fixed the app crashing when English is selected. But now that I'm using it, I noticed another inconvenience built in: the app vibrates my phone EVERY single time I add something to my cart! And there's no way to turn this annoyance off!!! I don't know which genius at Ikea thought this was a good idea!

The items I bought get stick at my cart, and favorites list does not work as it used to, it now distributes each item on a different list which is pretty annoying. I don't know if this is because of something i do wrong, but anyway it should be intuative for users in general.
