Even after applying for claim we are not getting claim amount andit has been 8 months we have given the required documents but they told us that they didn't receive it,and then told that claim process is halted and you couldn't get claim amount because documents are not submitted then we reopened claim and fill the process again but then also they told same. Also tried to contact but didn't work. Now today they sent us email telling to reupload documents but link also not taking it and faking it

It is very frustrating that there are two scenarios that need to be addressed. The first is the security deposit and reimbursement. A total of 2000 rupees was deducted from my security deposit for doctor charges. I am requesting clarification as to why this was not settled at the time of discharge. The second is the reimbursement. After submitting all bills for the dates, 900 rupees have been deducted. I would like to understand the reason for this deduction.

Customer service should be more of human resource oriented than a feed back sort of Insta Assist which is not fed with up to date information. Further to previous opinion i would like to add that here other policies disappear and when you try to update it shows there is no other policy.Very very useless app
