Ratings and reviews

The app does not use flash for mobile deposits, but locks the light so that you cannot turn it on manually. The mobile deposit distorts the picture view, reducing the chances of getting a suitable picture. The app often is out of sync with the MFA code generator which results in a bad attempt the first time, but then usually the same code will work again. There are a couple other clumsy issues, but otherwise the application is okay.

Decent app, but not the easiest. Logging in feels archaic when compared to other banking apps. Constantly have to run security verification when bouncing between phone and laptop, or one phone to another. Also doesn't allow option to see your password when entering. Too many times big fingers make error and then I'm having to call and reset. Most annoying.

If I could give zero stars I would not hesitate to do so. App erases info and you got to go back through entering user ID, phone number, etc. Oh... and let's not mention that almost everytime I try to log on I get an ERROR: The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again later. It's so much faster to bring up a webpage and log into my account on the Internet. App is worthless.
