Bank is a complete atrocity if you're using them for mortgage. 2 weeks later and they still have nothing on file for my loan. Good luck understanding the far east Indians on the phone too. Update: everytime I use the app I have to change my password, I always try my previous password but the app doesn't allow it because its the "current one". After that the app works fine till you need the 6 digit pass code required to make a payment. But you can pay over phone with the inclusion of a $10.00Fee

It gets done what you need but does not update - you have to uninstall and reinstall it each time an update is available, and it won't let you log in until you do it. Very frustrating
