Our App empowers the user to simply and easily capture and submit their own warranty claims. Designed for Passenger & Light Truck, Agriculture and Commercial Truck tires. It can be used by all Michelin authorized Dealers, Distributors, Indirect and Open Market Users throughout USA and Canada for Michelin, BFG & Uniroyal brand tires.

Ratings and reviews

App is not very user friendly however once you figure it out its seamless and you have your credits much quicker. Note when it asks for photos you must press to the side of the words where there is no button on screen (just white area) Once you learn to navigate the app its very fast to process an adjustment. You have your answer back on customer money owed usually in less that 15 min during regular business hours.

Worked great for a bit, but I found if you add too many tires on a claim you cant remove it and it won't accept the claim. Also it logged out after I assume an update, and I dont see a way to recover/reset the password, rendering it now useless.

I would give this a zero if I could. Terrible experience. It takes 4x amount of time to do Michelin warranty vs any other warranty claims. Very unhappy that we are being forced to use this. Update: App is still trash as of April 2022. Warranty claim took over an hour to do between phone time with Michelin reps (who didn't sound like they've ever used the app in their lives) and hassling with the app's terrible UI.
