CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL!!!!! I signed up because TR is a LEGEND. But customer support has been an absolute nightmare. It took 3 days just to get onboarded after I already paid, rather than automatically activating my login. When I deactivated my membership because I didn't see an option to pause auto-renewal, I was kicked off with over a week left in my current month's membership. I've reached out 3x in 10 days with no response!!!! I'm cutting my losses and will not renew again.

very helpful and easy to navigate

This app is really badly designed or there is no upkeep support for android. just gets stuck in a login loop and can't access anything inside the application.
