I didn't used to get push notifications at all. I have to constantly manually check the app for any messages or activity going on. It was so tedious and inconvenient. I missed soooo many messages since I joined, but then I did my own troubleshooting to make it work. What's left now is that you don't have the option to delete your message within a chatroom. You can't edit it either.

the staff are not responsive to issues. I'm a member of course that use Mighty Networks. there are many clunky features that I don't have time to list. but Mighty Networks is "messy" to use. and has interfered with my ability to use the course effectively. (calendar interface, chat issues, the visual layout of the feed, zoom connection for live meetings has problems, the learning curve for participants is a big turn off...)

Decent app. Some nice features. Fwiw, the in app video on Android doesn't count as activity, so the screen will sleep based on your phones default settings. This is obviously a bug, not a preference. You can change your phone settings while using the app, but they should just patch it. Otherwise, the idea of the app is cool. You can create communities that have nifty features like badges, profiles, courses, chat, etc. You can monetize as well.
