Created by the Aspen Institute’s Weave: The Social Fabric Project, this app is a supportive home for local leaders, volunteers, nonprofit founders, and everyday neighbors who want to build strong, connected communities where everyone thrives. Join if you hope to gather or are gathering people to create belonging and make life better in your neighborhood or city - whether through a community garden, an anti-violence campaign, a public mural, or anything else.
