Where are the rewards? I was told that all of the points we had racked up before the change in rewards would be waiting for us in the new app. Plus, what about all of my purchases since then? I am a very loyal Mint customer, but their rewards are not working as they should. We were told to use the app to get the rewards, but this app has not worked for months. That's not right. Along with the phone system at their Northern location which hasn't worked in months, conveniently.

Website allows Google login so that's what I've been doing but there's no way to login through Google on the app. I attempted to login using my email, which is on my original mint account and it let's me. No order history, no rewards. So why is it opening an entirely new account for me?
