Can't send your clients properties through text? Uninstall and reinstall the app. That solved the issue for me. Unfortunately, I can't add listings to a cart. Every time I try the cart shows 0 listings. Tech support is aware of this issue and is on top of it. The tech support team has been excellent with communication and getting back regarding issues. It's just a matter of time until it is rectified.

The app doesn't update as fast as the MLS. I thought they were connected? Zillow updates faster. Also, there is no way to look at previously searched houses, so I'm stuck memorizing every house I've searched. Please fix these issues so we can properly service our clients. Truthfully, Homesnap was a better experience and our money should be going to something that is usable.

New to this app and so far there are missing Townships in Advanced Search, and instead, post offices/hamlets are listed. So it's leaving out listings in entire towns. You have to go to Map Search to get more complete towns list. Also there's no quick view of acreage. That should be at the top of the listings. You have to take an extra step to open tax data and find acreage. Highly disappointing app.
