I've been using the app for a while and have received several discounts because of it. Then all of a sudden I can't use it and the system and personnel have me to do an account verification. After receiving confirmation that all was completed and that my account was good to return to use I still can't use the account or access it. On top of that they give me no reason why. Won't let me in to close my account and remove my cards. This is a scam loading. Watch your accounts!!!!!

I've tried to use this app twice but each time I get a message "Secure Your Account" This ends up being a big issue when you are at the pump and customer support doesn't answer. The first time it took several hours before a call back. They checked my status and said it would take 12-24hrs 11/192024. Sent an email to support last night. No Response.. guess they don't care. Edit 12/2/2024 I've been able to use the app and the service is good. Some sort of an internal error that has been fixed.

When I initially signed up they put a 340 hold on my account. I tried to fuel up in a gas station I went to couldn't turn their tablet on so I could not fuel up. I had to pay out of my business account. I've had 680 on hold on my account without getting fuel for four days. While I'm on the road. Still haven't got the money back.
