It still sucks! I installed your new update and it still does the same thing. I entered my loyalty # and it does not pull up my information. It makes me enter it and then it says, "Whoops. Something went wrong. Try again." Don't make me make a phone call. That's why I use apps.
Junk The "new and improved app is junk....Only way to view points is to go through the receipt and now with the latest update try to do that and the app closes. Whoever is giving this app 5 stars is sniffing way too much paint fumes. Even when you update it. Can't do anything with it. Guess the old saying applies here. If it isn't broke we must fix it.
Problems Is a good work in progress. I'd love for the fuel feature to work properly. An older update wouldn't be able to find the location I was at to fuel. They fixed that but now it just says, unable to retrieve pump status. Out of 5 attempts to use this two have worked
NEED SOME WORK Finally we can get showers on the app, (something TA has from beginning )... They offer points to use the app for fueling but the app only storage credit cards, lol ,like drivers actually use those. They should really work with Comdata/Fleet One and other bigger company cards for fuel solution.
Won't work with voyager Always says declined but can swipe card at pump and it works called the # on the back of the pilot card and they don't know anymore than I do so not very useful and the ppl that answer the phone for customer service can't help bc they know nothing about the app what's the point in having customer service for an app if they don't even know what they r talking about
Pilot app Its a pain signing in every time you want to use it. It sucks just updated it and still won't let me log on
