I had done minimum 20-25 times additional verification, still app shows faild. And had stucked from last one week for single transaction. Getting too frustrated and very disappointment from service. Had requested 50-60 times on Help. With valid proofs. Then also still struggling for upgrade limit and go for transaction. Sorry, but highly disappointed😞

This cool down period that you have activated inside bit 15 is just a hoax and doesn't mean anything. There are many exchanges going on in the whole world but the These are the most rubbish and useless features....!! We will all trade on another trading exchange soon....!! You have just come to the market and got scared so quickly, the journey is still very long....!! I think your Beat-15 feature is kept as a show piece...!! Nobody trades in a stable market, everybody trades on flexible market..

1st - UPI deposit is there (supported by Mudrex) but not there since months, it's under maintenance only. Pathetic 2nd - The only option now available to deposit money is IMPS, which I was not able to do because Mudrex uses some local bank which is not even supported by CANARA BANK 3rd - The worst support service one can imagine, they are very quick to mark the tickets as resolved. It doesn't matter you are satisfied or not. It's you, who have to go again in that ticket and comment something.
