trash. reset password link goes to spam. link for background check doesnt work. phone number on desktop site calls wrong number if you click link. but if you actually dial the numbers, you get a recording saying all agents are busy, which is a complete lie. they have a live chat feature on desktop site, but thats a lie as well. messaging support and waiting for a response takes forever and a day. they keep posting on Indeed as if they actually have work. I have reported the app on indeed.

These people just want your information to sell. You get set up for a "shift" on the app but it's some weird intake in a rent by the hour office. When you call after not hearing anything they pretend they are "waiting to hear back." When you contact the app support you won't get a response for hours and you just get referred back to the beginning. Just like most scams.

So initially the app can be a bit confusing, especially considering how your training affects it (you see nothing, but there are tons of available shifts it says... later it can be confusing seeing training shifts pop up as available shifts, especially once you're already trained for those shifts). But once you get through training and are able to operate it for a while it's a pretty decent app. Although working for MyWorkChoice is the best part of this app... wish they were more widespread. :(
