Ratings and reviews

Tariff charges were done in a hidden way. I faced two issues of not receiving cashback offers and had to call the call center on the same. Still one is pending. So, be careful to check you have received the promo benefits. Promos are given in flash mesaages or in the app notifications bar, but after promo period, they are being deleted and you cant even have a proof to talk about that. Service is getting worse.

The earlier UI was better in some ways. Dark mode has a problem with colors. I think the colors are too bright for the dark mode. The darker the better. Earlier UI had bigger icons and an intuitive dashboard without sensory overload. Too many animations in the dashboars. Favorites menu on the dashboard is a great idea. And the payment receipts are now better with more privacy. Thanks for removing the picture from the payment receipts! Still FriMi is more appealing than some other banking apps.

Earlier ut was great!! Had so many discounts, offers and most of the transactions was ablle to perform without a charge. Day by day it getting worse. 😂 If u get a notification to update the app, its definitely to limit, apply charges for transactions. Once they introduced a minimum top up limit but it was a failure & many customers stopped using the service. Like other banking apps now they also started to charge a annual fee for the service.
