I am very disappointed with Nations Direct Mobile App and the service from Nations Trust Bank. My savings account was opened on 02 July 2026, but I still cannot log in even after 5 days. I reported the issue at the branch and a support ticket was raised, yet there is no proper update or resolution. Such delay for a basic banking service is unacceptable and reflects poor customer support from the IT team and bank. Customers expect reliable and timely service. Please address this urgently.

At first when I was loggin to the app it displayed "google play store is not updated or unavailable" There was no such issue with my phone. Then I went on to uninstall and reinstall the app, now it says Im logging in from multiple devices. I cannot use the app. I see so many other users have also raised the concern, but seems there is no solution.

Moving from HSBC, this app was working fine before the transfer. now it keeps on saying New error. "Multiple device login attempts have been detected... " 🤷🏾♂️ Mailed the customer service mail and no response so far. blocking me from using the app. It is disappointing how this transition has become a pain. Update: been told to call customer hotline to fix it. been waiting for more than hours in call, with no one attending it. Horrible Banking service. HSBC was way better with customer service
