I am very disappointed with Nations Direct Mobile App and the service from Nations Trust Bank. My savings account was opened on 02 July 2026, but I still cannot log in even after 5 days. I reported the issue at the branch and a support ticket was raised, yet there is no proper update or resolution. Such delay for a basic banking service is unacceptable and reflects poor customer support from the IT team and bank. Customers expect reliable and timely service. Please address this urgently.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that you experienced with our Mobile Banking Application service. Please clear your cache/cookies in the phone and re-attempt to login with the last attempted to change password.

very poor app. cannot log in to the app once you change the device. even after calling their call centre it doesn't work. so I'll be removing and shutting down my savings account with NTB
