Currently, I am experiencing an issue when opening the app, which displays the message: 'Your device is rooted or has suspicious apps installed.' Even after reinstalling the application, the same error persists. I have noticed that several other users are facing the same issue, but there has been no clear feedback so far. I believe this may be a bug and hope it will be resolved soon.

Hello, after updating the app I am getting error message that 'Your device is rooted or....'. Even I reinstall the application it wasn't work for me. Then, I tried to connect with customer care, they also not respond as call continusly connecting with one of the Agent. I have sent a mail request to customer service, still I am waiting to response. Please, fix the bug from the app otherwise you loose customers. Thank you!

Has always been a fan of the app. However after the latest update, it says as most have mentioned "Not secure and that the phone is rooted". My phone isn't rooted. and I tried installing the app in a couple other devices but still facing the same issue. Re-Install doesn't work
