I have sent multiple emails to the NCERT Books app developer, but I haven’t received any response yet, and my ID is still blocked. I even provided a list of all my registered email addresses as requested, but no action has been taken. It is very disappointing that users are being blocked without any clear reason and then not getting any support. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Once my ID is unblocked, I’m ready to use the app again and update my rating positively.
