Ratings and reviews

Didn't experience any of the bugs people complain about. I thought the whole thing was really interesting and unique. There's nothing out there like this game, except maybe Her Story (same developer I think). Honestly the acting is a little cringe at times and the subverted clips were a bit, uh, pretentious. But it was still a lot of fun hunting everything down.

Quite a lot of poor design choices when porting this over to devices. Pinch to zoom on the videos is irritating and not very accurate. Navigating the video viewer is incredibly frustrating. No rumble support paired with mobile phone speakers means the *hints* are impossible to notice. You would think that a touch screen would be the ideal way of interacting with the mechanics of this game as 90% of it is navigating, watching and videos. Save yourself 12GB of mobile space and play on consoles/PC.

This is a really cool concept for a game, and it should only take a few hours to play, which is why I was thrilled to find that a port was available via Netflix subscription instead of having to purchase on PC. However, the port is absolute garbage. A game that should work better on a touchscreen is unplayable since the bugs impact the primary navigation mechanic. For an hour of waiting for a download with my device completely tied up, I got 10 minutes of frustration. Do not recommend on mobile.
