Terrible app!!! Registered finally after years of failed attempts. Logged in and was able to make a payment. App was awesome, has a lot of info and features. Tried a few weeks later to make another payment and was getting an error message saying my email is not registered. Now the app keeps crashing...I give up.

The multiple 1 stars in the reviews says it all. I am sure those would have been replaced by 0 stars if that was an option. Precious time wasted downloading this useless app before checking the reviews. After taking thousands each month, this is best you can do? Absolutely ridiculous...DO BETTER!!! The message above was from 2022, 3 years later still a problem. Getting internal error almost every time I try to log in, even after all the possible troubleshooting steps... pitiful 😞

It's not perfect; it needs a lot of work to get it up to standard. Logged in fine and everything, did a refund in January which l still haven't received and had to re-do in May (not on the app). Logged in to view my mortgage accounts and there's a message saying l have no accounts to view and the page is almost blank. This has happened before and l had to call customer service. I am not impressed. Needs much improvement. Circa 2023 and no improvements in this app. NHT and their app is a joke!
