About this app

CLOMP is designed to help you achieve your desired goals tailored to your individual characteristics during exercise.
CLOMP uses medical-grade fNIRS (Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) to measure your muscle oxygen saturation (SmO2) levels through a 30-minute Run Level Test (without invasive blood tests) to determine your Training Zones (Zone 1, 2 or 3) — different intensity levels used to guide and optimize workouts based on your running pace.
It determines how much oxygen your muscles are using, at what pace, at what time, and at what distance.

Run Level Test
Muscle oxygen saturation (SmO2) is measured and the user's learning level can be tested through Run Level Test.

With CLOMP coach experience and AI analysis, you can experience a customized learning plan for a variety of goals.
The plan is tailored to the level of learning, from beginner, Mid Level, high Level to professional.

Fat Burn Ratio
The result is a precise ratio of fat calories burned during each run.
It is an innovative measurement criterion designed based on CLOMP's algorithm.

Voice Guide
At CLOMP, we believe that the key to a successful workout lies in uninterrupted focus.
To this end, we've integrated a real-time voice notification feature that works harmoniously with your headphones, guiding you through your journey.

Wear OS App Support
Use CLOMP APP on your Wear OS smartwatch. You can workout while checking the data on the clomp device on your wrist. You can check the results on your Wear OS smartwatch after you workout.
