I had to jump through several hoops to verify my identification, address, etc. I tried to send a test transfer of $10 from my small, local bank, and it failed. Okay, so I tried my main bank account, and the app said the transaction was successful. Wonderful. Ten minutes later, the $10 was back in my account, and the transfer read, "canceled." I tried it again with the same result. Most of my credit cards are refused outright. I don't understand š. Edit: I was hacked while in the app š¤

To ensure the security and integrity of your transfers and of our members, you will need to follow the steps and provide the requested information as you progress. It appears that your verification was not authenticated, leading to a failed transfer. It's unlikely that the app could compromise on security, kindly reach out to our support team.

New UI/UX update is the worst thing I've ever seen an app do - it completely abandons some of the most useful features that came with the old look. An app on my phone, which knows that it is indeed, my phone, should not make me login via email and password whenever I close the app. Enabling security before a transaction is allowed to go through (like it used to be) is the way. Also, why has the option to use your phone's biometric security features been removed? It's the 21st century, peopleš¤¦ā

Very good, when it works. Often, I have had to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working, without success. The "Purpose of transfer" dropdown does not show any option, and you can't proceed to transfer without choosing the Purpose! Several attempts for Support via chat does not get any response!
