Ratings and reviews

The app is easy to use and navigate. I however do not feel entirely satisfied with the need to schedule another visit each month to get a simple script refilled. I am likely to go back to my local clinic and get the 12 month script for the ease of receiving the script and will likely cancel One Medical subscription. convenience is key in today's world.

Update 9/30/25: The same problem persists, finding an open lab is a major barrier to care. Inaccurate hours listed for lab locations. I've had this problem happen twice. Without labs I can't receive proper care. This is a critical issue, please fix. 01/06/24 I have been contacted several times by support and they seem undertrained. They are friendly but they don't seem to understand the issues they're being assigned to address.

Update: they aren't transparent about this, but you don't need to pay the "membership". You need to call and ask for Limited Access (it means no app access). I had the app, but you have to call and not all representatives are familiar with it. Original: It was great until the Amazon acquisition. My doctor and others have left, and there are fewer doctors to choose from. Customer service on the app is also slower.
