App doesn't know the difference between sex and gender, and only offers limited choices. Really messed up to have to use this to contact for gender affirming care. 💀

The app is nice for getting in touch with our "medical assistant". It seems to be designed for elderly patients but we are using it for pediatric services. The daily tasks are annoying because they don't really apply to us. It would be nice if there was an age of patient option that would change what info you receive, even if that means pediatric patients don't get hardly anything. But as I said, it looks like it would be really nice for tech savvy for mid-aged or elderly patients.

Wellframe isn't worth the hassle in my opinion. It uses data from a better fitness app (Google fit in my case). The only thing it has going for it is you can chat with a nurse. The surveys are annoying, there's no content, and no incentive to use it. I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone I know.
